Here you will find all the information you need on bike servicing – you can book an appointment to have your bike serviced in store. From a quick check up to a full strip down or even a suspension service – whatever your needs, we’ve got it covered.

We offer 3 stages of Servicing:

Stage 1

    > Frame & Forks wiped down

  • DRIVE TRAIN

    > Gears & Brakes Indexed
    > Chain checked & Lubricated

  • WHEELS

    > Wheels & tyres inspected for wear

  • BIKE

    > Full Safety Check
    E.g. Bolt check with torque wrench

  • Recommended every 3 to 9 months, depending on use

  • WHEELS​

    > Hubs and rims checked for damage and wear
    > Bearings checked for free movement and adjusted (if applicable).
    > Wheels trued and spokes tensioned

  • HEADSET

    > Checked for free movement and adjusted as necessary

  • BOTTOM BRACKET

    > Checked for free movement and adjusted as necessary

  • DRIVE TRAIN

    > Removed, cleaned, checked for wear and re-lubricated

  • Full strip down to frame and forks

  • FRAME & FORKS

    > Frame cleaned and checked for alignment and damage, threads cleaned and checked
    > Frame and disc mounts faced (if applicable)

  • WHEELS

    > Hubs disassembled, cleaned, inspected and reassembled

  • HEADSET

    > Removed, cleaned, re-greased, refitted & checked for movement

  • BOTTOM BRACKET

    > Removed, cleaned, re-greased & checked for movement
